Become A Tactical Fitness Instructor
This comprehensive program is designed for individuals seeking to earn the National Strength and Conditioning Association’s (NSCA) NCCA-accredited Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator® (TSAC-F®) certification. Participants will receive targeted exam preparation, expert instruction, and full access to professional resources and support.
Upon successful completion of the program (and earning a certification through non-affiliated party), participants will be equipped to apply evidence-based training principles to enhance the physical readiness of tactical personnel—including military, law enforcement, fire and rescue, protective services, and other emergency responders. Graduates will gain the skills necessary to perform needs analyses, conduct physical assessments, design and implement safe and effective training programs, and provide foundational nutritional guidance to support occupational performance and reduce injury risk.
Coursework includes textbook-based instruction, real-world application discussions, sessions led by experienced practitioners, in-field demonstration videos, and targeted preparation for the NSCA-TSAC-F certification exam.
