The Process

Step 1 - Purchase "Physical Training Program Subscription" through TeamBuildr Payment Portal. Payment will grant access to programs on teambuildr based on email/login used for athlete account creation.

Step 2 - Download TeamBuildr Training from the app store on your mobile device. (App is free to download from the store)

Step 3 - Once you have logged in after purchase, browse program library to access a variety of physical training and active recovery programs.

Step 4 - Select a program that meets your needs, goals, and equipment access, and begin your fitness journey!

Level-Based Programs

Base

Programs at “base” level are designed for new lifters and those starting their fitness journey. 

Build

Programs at “build” level are designed seasoned lifters, looking to develop in areas of strength, power, endurance, and muscular development. Most lifters will select build -level training programs. 

Peak

Programs at “peak” level, are event-specific and designed for high-impact conditioning programs to stress anaerobic capacity and overall performance output. 

Individual Online Coaching

For those interested in individualized physical training programs, there will be a separate payment portal. Clients that purchase individualize coaching will need to set up a consultation with us in order to prepare your unique program.

Please plan for a 3-7 day period post-consultation for your individualized program.

Programs may last for 4 to 8 weeks, based on needs and agreement.
