Coaching Packages
Choose a coaching package that fits your needs, timeline, and level of commitment to bettering your health and physical preparedness.
Important Note: It takes approximately 1 month to notice mobility improvements, and 3-4 months for strength/power improvements depending on fitness level.
All training programs include:
- Flexibility & Mobility training
- Strength & Power training
- Muscular endurance training
- Cardiovascular Fitness
- Additional consideration: speed & agility training
Note: Attribute and training style/format is adjusted based on individual client needs, goals, and preferences.
Note: Training programs can be adjusted based on accessible equipment and space limitations.
Standard Coaching Package
- Initial 30-minute consultation via Zoom (or phone if client prefers)
- 4-weeks of programming
$140 per month
Elite Coaching Package
- Initial 30-minute consultation via Zoom (or phone if client prefers)
- Movement analysis via video submission to the coach (feedback provided through recorded video of analysis)
- 4-weeks of programming
- Weekly 30-minute check-ins via Zoom (or phone if client prefers)
$250 per month
The Process
Step 1 - Complete INTAKE SURVEY
(email jabaiperformance@gmail.com with questions)
Once the intake survey is completed, a coach will reach out to you within 1-2 business days.
Step 2 - Purchase Coaching Package
You will receive an invoice via email for the requested coaching package.
Step 3 - Schedule Consultation
After purchasing your coaching package, you will communicate with your coach to schedule a 30-minute consultation to set up your training program.
Step 4 - Receive Your Plan
You will receive your strength and conditioning training program within 3-5 days after your consultation.
Important Note: All consultations that occur on or after Wednesday of a specific week, will result in the training program being emailed over first thing Monday morning the following week.
