Your data, handled responsibly.

This page explains exactly what information Jabai Performance collects, how it's used, and who it's shared with — in plain language, no legal jargon.

Information We Collect

  • Account information — your name, email address, and password (stored encrypted, never in plain text).
  • Training data — programs, exercises, sets, reps, performance goals, and assessment results you log in the app.
  • Health & wearable data — you may optionally connect a compatible wearable device or third-party health platform (such as WHOOP) to your account. If you do, we may collect the health, biometric, physiological, fitness, and activity data you authorize the provider to share with us — such as heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), resting heart rate, sleep, respiratory rate, recovery, strain, training load, workout metrics, and other available health data — to support your experience within the Platform.
  • Payment information — subscriptions and course purchases are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Usage data — basic in-app activity, used only to improve the product.

How We Use Your Information

  • To operate your account, training programs, and performance tracking.
  • To sync and display your wearable/health data, if you've connected one.
  • To process subscription and course payments.
  • To respond to support requests and communicate important account updates.
  • To maintain and improve the app and platform.

Who We Share Data With

We do not sell your personal data. We only share what's necessary with:

  • Wearable & health platform providers — such as WHOOP — only if you connect your account, to retrieve the health/fitness data you've authorized.
  • Stripe — to process payments securely.
  • Organization & Coach Access — if you are part of a team or organization account, your training and performance data may be shared with your organization, coach, or designated administrators only if you provide your consent to such sharing through the Platform. You may manage or withdraw your consent at any time, subject to applicable program or organizational policies.

Your Choices

You can disconnect a connected wearable device or third-party health integration at any time through the Platform, which will stop future data synchronization. You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us below.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you'd like your account and associated data permanently deleted, just reach out and we'll take care of it.
